cash x එකෙන් 2025-06-09 60000ක් ගත්ත 92280ක් ගෙවන්න තියෙනව දැක්ක 2025-07-09 ඒක නිසා ගත්ත මොහොතෙම ඒ 60000 එයාලගෙ බැංකුවට දාල කියව්ව මම දැන් කියනව මට තව 32280ක් ගෙවන්නලු නැත්තන් දාපු සල්ලිවලින් 32280 අඩු කරල ණය දීර්ඝ කරනවලු. තව lotus loan එකෙන් 80000ක් අරන් 41282 වාරික දෙකක් මාස දෙකක් ගෙව්ව ලබන මාසෙ 07 වෙනිදට තව එක වාරිකයක් තියනව ගෙවන්න. ගෙවන්න අමාරුයි .මම online loan වලට අහු වෙලා කර කියාගන්න බැරුව අසරන වෙලා ඉන්නේ.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against several online loan companies for continuous harassment, blackmail, and threats. I initially obtained small loans from the following platforms: CashX – Rs. 9,000 MegaCash – Rs. 5,000 Cash Avatar – Rs. 28,000 Smart Credit – Rs. 15,000 Sky Wallet – Rs. 15,000 Dara Loan – Rs. 9,000 I have already repaid over 15+ loans in full with interest in the past. However, due to my current financial struggles, I am unable to repay the recent amounts on time. Despite informing the agents of my situation, I am now facing extreme harassment. Harassment and illegal activities include: Threatening phone calls using abusive language Blackmailing by saying they will contact my personal phonebook contacts Violating my privacy by accessing and threatening to expose my personal data Constant pressure and mental stress that is affecting my daily life This behavior is not only unethical but also a violation of Sri Lankan cybercrime and consumer protection laws. I respectfully request that: Immediate action be taken against these platforms and their recovery agents My data and contacts be protected from misuse These companies be investigated for data privacy abuse and mental harassment I am willing to cooperate with any investigation. I have screenshots, call recordings, and all necessary evidence to support this complaint. I have taken about 11 loans from Oncredit. I have paid about 10 of them as scheduled. Meanwhile, there are times when it is difficult to pay the full amount, I have paid money to extend the time. They charge a very high amount, this time I am in a situation where I cannot pay the loan. When I received phone calls, I explained the situation, but I did not get any relief. There are also times when I had to take another loan to pay the loan. For a loan of Rs. 80000.00, they charge an interest of Rs. 43200.00 for 30 days. By the 09th day after the payment date, it has become Rs. 141000. The interest has increased very unfairly. They call, threaten. They send emails saying that they will take legal action. When I calculate all the money I have paid for the loans so far, it is a huge amount. There have been times when I even thought of committing suicide because of such institutions that charge unfair interest. I made a quick transaction, but a lot of money was wasted due to borrowing. I will also file here all the payments made, evidence obtained from that website, emails received, recorded phone calls, etc.

මා විසින් loan gedara , cash X, loan plus, lotus loan , Rocket loan, mega cash , loan pal, kredit one ආදී ආයතන කිහිපයකින් ණය මුදල් ගෙන ඇති අතර මාස කීපයක්ම එම මුදල් ගෙව්වෙමි. නමුත් කාලයක් යනවිටඒවායේ තිබූ අධික පොලී ප්රමාණය දරාගත නොහැකි වීම මෙන්ම මා හට ඇතිවූ ආර්ථික අපහසුතා හේතුවෙන් එම මුදල් ගෙවා ගැනීමට අපහසු විය .එතැන් පටන් දිගින් දිගටම එම ආයතනය මගින් දුරකථන ඇමතුම් දීම මගින් මානසික වශයෙන් ආතතියකට පත්වීමි. එම ආයතන වලට ලබා නොදුන් මාගේ හිතවතුන්ට පවා දුරකථන ඇමතුම් දීම මගින් මා අපහසු තාවයට පත් කර ඇත.
අයතන කිහිපයකින් නය ලබගත අතර කිහිප විටක්ම ගේවීම කලත් අදික පොලිය සහිත බැවින් ගෙවීමට අපහසුතා අති අතර අදල අයතන මහත් හිසරදයකි.

මමත් මේ ආයතනයෙන් 150,000/- ක ණය මුදලක් ලබාගත්තා. නමුත් මේ වනවිට මට එම මුදල ගෙවගැනීමේ අපහසුතාවක් තියෙනව. එසේ මම ලබා ගත් මුදල පහත පරිදි පොලි එකතු වී මේ වන විට වර්ධනය වි තිබේ. 150,000/- 178,800/-(දින 8ක් තුල) 193,800/-(දින 4ක් තුල) 223,800/-(දින 5ක් තුල) 238,800/- (06/08/2025 දිනට) Screen shot අමුණා ඇත.

Several years ago, I obtained a small online loan of Rs. 5,000 and settled it in full. Later, I was offered another loan of Rs. 100,000 by the same or affiliated lender. However, I was then harassed into repaying over Rs. 30,000 within just a week—an amount I was unable to pay due to financial hardship. Despite explaining my situation and requesting additional time to repay the loan, the lender engaged in extreme forms of harassment and privacy violations. Without my consent: They accessed my personal WhatsApp account, Posted my National ID photo publicly, Sent defamatory messages and my photo to all my WhatsApp contacts, including my husband, Causing me immense mental distress and pushing me to attempt suicide. I was hospitalized for 19 days under medical treatment following this attempt. I reported the matter to the local police, but instead of offering full protection and justice, I was blamed and advised to remove my SIM card and remain silent. This response has further traumatized me and left me without justice or dignity. The psychological and reputational damage I have suffered is irreversible. The black mark left on my personal character and social standing can never be fully erased. I respectfully request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and: 1. The individuals or companies responsible for this harassment be identified and held accountable under the law. 2. Strong legal action be taken against illegal money lending and cyber harassment practices. 3. My privacy rights and mental well-being be protected. 4. Appropriate compensation and public acknowledgment be considered for the emotional and reputational damage I have suffered. Please treat this matter with urgency and confidentiality.
