I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against several online loan companies for continuous harassment, blackmail, and threats. I initially obtained small loans from the following platforms: CashX – Rs. 9,000 MegaCash – Rs. 5,000 Cash Avatar – Rs. 28,000 Smart Credit – Rs. 15,000 Sky Wallet – Rs. 15,000 Dara Loan – Rs. 9,000 I have already repaid over 15+ loans in full with interest in the past. However, due to my current financial struggles, I am unable to repay the recent amounts on time. Despite informing the agents of my situation, I am now facing extreme harassment. Harassment and illegal activities include: Threatening phone calls using abusive language Blackmailing by saying they will contact my personal phonebook contacts Violating my privacy by accessing and threatening to expose my personal data Constant pressure and mental stress that is affecting my daily life This behavior is not only unethical but also a violation of Sri Lankan cybercrime and consumer protection laws. I respectfully request that: Immediate action be taken against these platforms and their recovery agents My data and contacts be protected from misuse These companies be investigated for data privacy abuse and mental harassment I am willing to cooperate with any investigation. I have screenshots, call recordings, and all necessary evidence to support this complaint. Please treat this matter with urgency, as I am under severe emotional stress due to these continuous threats. Sincerely,
