I have preserved all evidence, including call recordings, payment proofs, and communication records, which clearly show their unfair and abusive behavior. Such practices are highly unethical and harmful to the public. Many innocent people are falling victim to these online loan companies, and their activities should be properly investigated and regulated. I kindly request your urgent intervention to: Investigate the activities of these companies. Take necessary steps to stop their harassment and protect consumers. Regulate or close down such harmful financial operators in Sri Lanka. I am also willing to visit your office in person and provide all my evidence and recordings if required. Please let me know how I should proceed further.
