About Whom It May Concern at Siyarata Assets, I'm writing to bring to your attention the series of loan transactions I've had with their company, which I believe have been predatory and exploitative in nature. Here's a breakdown of the loans I've taken from them. 1. Initial loan of Rs. 5,000 with a repayment demand of Rs. 7,500 within a week, which I paid. 2. Subsequent loan of Rs. 7,500 with a repayment demand of Rs. 10,000, which I also paid. 3. Next loan of Rs. 10,000 with a repayment demand of Rs. 13,000, which I paid. 4. Loan of Rs. 20,000 with a weekly repayment demand of Rs. 8,000 for four weeks, totaling Rs. 32,000, which I paid. 5. Loan of Rs. 30,000 with high interest (11k per week) rates and aggressive collection tactics. 6. Most recently, a loan of Rs. 45,000 with a repayment demand of Rs. 72,000 (Rs. 18,000 x 4), of which I've already paid almost Rs. 50,000. What's alarming is that with each loan, they essentially lent me my own money back, trapping me in a cycle of debt with exorbitant interest rates. Their collection tactics have been harassing and threatening, not just to me but also to my contacts and neighbors, causing significant distress and damage to my reputation. Given the circumstances, I'm struggling to comprehend how these loan structures and interest rates are legitimate. I urge you to reconsider the terms of my latest loan and take immediate action to rectify the situation. Because of them it led to us selling our house and relocating to a new city due to the shame and pressure from our neighbors :-)
