I am writing to lodge a serious complaint against certain online loan companies operating in Sri Lanka, including Fine.lk, Cash X and others. These companies have caused me and my family severe distress through unethical and harassing practices. I have borrowed and fully repaid loans to these companies as instructed. However, despite settling all dues, they continue to harass me and my family members with threats and intimidation. I have preserved all evidence, including call recordings, payment proofs, and communication records, which clearly show their unfair and abusive behavior. Such practices are highly unethical and harmful to the public. Many innocent people are falling victim to these online loan companies, and their activities should be properly investigated and regulated. I kindly request your urgent intervention to: Investigate the activities of these companies. Take necessary steps to stop their harassment and protect consumers. Regulate or close down such harmful financial operators in Sri Lanka. I am also willing to visit your office in person and provide all my evidence and recordings if required. Please let me know how I should proceed further.
